By using our Site or purchasing our Data Lists (the “Service”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
Tanzania Suppliers provides digital contact lists of verified businesses in Tanzania (“Data”). These lists are delivered in digital format (e.g., Excel, CSV) via email or direct download immediately upon payment.
When you purchase a list from us, you are buying a license to use the data, not the ownership of the data itself.
A. Grant of License We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Data for your own internal business purposes (e.g., marketing, sales outreach, procurement).
B. Prohibited Uses (No Resale) You strictly agree NOT to:
Resell, sub-license, or redistribute the Data to any third party.
Publish the Data on any public website, forum, or directory.
Share the Data with unauthorized individuals outside of your organization.
Use the Data for any unlawful purpose, including harassment or spamming in violation of international anti-spam laws.
Violation of this section will result in immediate legal action and a permanent ban from our services.
While we make every effort to verify the accuracy of our Data through physical visits and government checks:
No Business Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the contacts on our list will purchase your products or respond to your outreach. We provide the means to contact them, but the business outcome depends on your negotiation.
Accuracy: Business details change rapidly. While we offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for dead numbers, we do not warrant that 100% of the data is error-free at the exact moment of use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tanzania Suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the Data.
Any business deals, transactions, or disputes that arise between you and the suppliers/importers listed in our Data. We are not a party to your transactions.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Data List.
As stated in our Refund Policy, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer cash refunds. We offer replacements for invalid data if reported within 7 days of purchase.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dar es Salaam.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
