Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a list has been purchased and the download link has been sent to your email, it is considered “consumed.” We cannot accept returns, and we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

We understand that phone numbers and business details can change. If you encounter “dead” or invalid data within your purchased list, we will replace those specific contacts free of charge.
We guarantee to replace any contact that:
Has a disconnected or invalid phone number.
Is no longer in business (permanently closed).
Does not belong to the industry specified in the list description.
To claim a replacement, you must report the issue within 7 days of your purchase date.
Flag the Data: Identify the specific rows in your Excel sheet that are invalid.
Contact Support: Email us at info@tanzania-suppliers.com or message us on WhatsApp at +255 742 004 005 with your Order ID and the specific invalid contacts.
Verification: Our team will verify the contacts within 24-48 hours.
Resolution: Once verified as invalid, we will send you new, verified contacts of equal value to replace the dead leads.
This replacement policy does not cover:
Buyers who simply “change their mind” after purchase.
Contacts who are active but simply choose not to answer your call or decline your business proposal. (We guarantee the contact details are correct, not that they will buy from you).
Reports made after the 7-day guarantee period has expired.
